They have not been evaluated or approved by the MHRA, the FDA, the EMA or any other regulatory authority for any purpose. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application or any other administration to a person or an animal.
No therapeutic claim
Nothing on this site, in our catalogue, in our emails or in any other material we publish is a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or mitigates any disease or condition, or that it produces any effect in a human or an animal.
No protocols or dosing
We do not publish, supply or discuss dosing, administration routes, protocols or effects. Our staff are not qualified to advise on any of those subjects and will not do so. Nothing we provide is medical, clinical or scientific advice.
Purchaser responsibilities

- You must be acquiring material for legitimate research, with any licence, authorisation or institutional approval your jurisdiction requires.
- You are responsible for safe handling, storage, use and disposal under the regulations that apply where you are.
- You are responsible for import compliance in the destination country.
- You agree not to administer the material to a person or an animal, and not to resupply it to anyone who intends to.
Analytical information
Purity and identity figures on a Certificate of Analysis describe the tested lot at the time of assay. They are analytical measurements, not a statement about suitability for any particular experiment. Confirming that a material fits your study design remains your responsibility.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyPeptides accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from any use of its products other than controlled in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
