What we collect when you request the catalogue, why we hold it, who processes it and how to have it removed.

Who we are
MyPeptides supplies research-grade peptides for in-vitro laboratory use. This page explains what we do with personal data collected through this site, lab.mypeptides.co.uk. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you ask us for the catalogue and discount code.
- Campaign information attached to your visit {{BODY}}mdash; the Google click identifier and any UTM parameters in the link you arrived on {{BODY}}mdash; so we can tell which advertising brought you here.
- The page you arrived from and the address of the page you submitted from.
- Standard server information such as IP address, browser type and request time, recorded automatically in our hosting logs.
We do not ask for, and this page does not collect, payment details, identity documents or any other special category data.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To send you the catalogue and your discount code, and occasional batch-release notices. Our basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
- To measure which advertising produces genuine enquiries. Our basis is your consent for cookie-based measurement, and legitimate interest for server-side records.
- To keep the site secure and working. Our basis is legitimate interest.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of processors, each bound to act only on our instructions:
- Resend {{BODY}}mdash; stores your address on our contact list and delivers the email.
- Google {{BODY}}mdash; receives measurement events if, and only if, you accept measurement cookies.
- Our hosting provider {{BODY}}mdash; serves the page and keeps the server logs.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
Essential storage keeps your cookie choice so we do not ask again. Nothing that measures or advertises runs until you accept it on the notice at the bottom of the page. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not stop you requesting the catalogue.
How long we keep it
We keep your address on our contact list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing is a one-click link in every message we send. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred, it is protected by the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top.
