Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK public holidays go out on the next working day.

United Kingdom

Free next-day tracked delivery on all UK orders.
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us.
Delivery is to the address given at checkout; we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.

Europe and the rest of the world

We ship to the EU and to most other countries. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier, and is quoted at checkout. Mainland EU deliveries typically arrive within three working days of dispatch.

Import compliance is the purchaser{{BODY}}rsquo;s responsibility. Duties, taxes and any licence or authorisation required to receive laboratory material in the destination country are a matter for the recipient, not for us.

How orders are packed

Every order travels in a sealed foil pouch with ice packs, inside a plain outer box with nothing printed on it. The pack holds temperature for roughly a week, so a parcel that runs late still arrives in condition. The batch Certificate of Analysis is included in the box and sent by email.

When the parcel arrives

Check the outer box and the seals before signing where possible.
Move the contents to the storage condition stated on the Certificate of Analysis without delay.
Photograph anything that looks damaged before opening further, and contact us the same day.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every order is tracked from dispatch to delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we reship at no charge. See returns and refunds for how to make a claim.

Storage after delivery

Storage conditions are stated per product on the Certificate of Analysis. As a general rule, lyophilised material is held below {{BODY}}minus;18{{BODY}}nbsp;{{BODY}}deg;C and reconstituted material is refrigerated and used within the period stated on the report.
