1. These terms

These terms govern your use of lab.mypeptides.co.uk and any request you make through it. By submitting the form you confirm that you accept them.

2. Research use only

Everything MyPeptides supplies is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not medicines, not dietary supplements, and are not authorised or intended for human or veterinary consumption, or for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

We do not supply protocols, dosing or usage guidance, and we cannot answer questions about effects in humans or animals. Requests of that kind will not receive a substantive reply.

3. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years of age. You confirm that you are acquiring material for legitimate laboratory research and that you are responsible for holding any licence, authorisation or institutional approval that your own jurisdiction requires.

4. Your discount code

The code applies to a first order on your account.
One code per account. It is not transferable and has no cash value.
It applies to catalogue items, not to shipping or duties.
It cannot be combined with another active discount or promotion.
The expiry date is stated in the email containing the code.
We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time. Codes already issued stay valid until their stated expiry.

5. Catalogue, pricing and availability

The catalogue describes what we hold at the time it is sent, with assayed purity and the batch reference for the current lot. Prices and availability can change, and stock is not reserved by requesting the catalogue. Nothing in the catalogue is a binding offer; a contract is formed only when an order is accepted at checkout.

6. Quality and certificates

Each lot is sampled and sent to an independent accredited laboratory, which measures purity by HPLC and confirms identity by mass spectrometry. A lot that does not meet specification is not released. The resulting Certificate of Analysis carries the lot number and the measured values and accompanies the order.

7. Emails you receive

Submitting the form asks us to send you the catalogue, your code, and occasional batch-release notices. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. See our privacy policy for how we handle your address.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of any material you acquire, in line with the regulations that apply where you are. You are responsible for import compliance in the destination country. You agree not to resupply or use the material for human or animal administration.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from any use of the material other than controlled in-vitro laboratory research, nor for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
